It is the policy of Chromalox to comply with all export laws and regulations. All products and/or services delivered shall at all times be subject to the Export Administration Regulations and (if applicable) the International Traffic in Arms Regulations of the United States. No transactions are to be conducted by or on behalf of Chromalox that are in contrast to U.S. export regulations. This company supports U.S. efforts to restrict exports to denied parties, embargoed or sanctioned countries. Moreover, this company supports U.S. efforts to fight the battle against terrorism and prevent transactions involving entities engaged in prohibited missile, nuclear, chemical, and biological warfare activities.
Chromalox agrees to comply fully with the export control laws and regulations of the United States with respect to the sale, resale or any other disposition of products, services and technical data/technology supplied by the Company. Chromalox hereby assures it shall not engage in or facilitate any transaction or activity: in, to or through Cuba, Iran, Sudan, North Korea or Syria; involving any person on an international restricted parties list (such as U.S. Specially Designated Nationals list, various restricted parties lists maintained by the U.S. Departments of Commerce and State, and similar lists maintained by U.N., E.U., and other government agencies of the United States ); or involving any prohibited uses, including the design or production of chemical, biological, nuclear weapons, missiles or any other military related application. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
U.S., anti-boycott laws require that U.S. firms refuse to participate in foreign boycotts that the United States does not sanction. In addition, the laws prevent U.S. firms from being used to implement foreign policies that are counter to U.S. policy. All company officers, employees or agents wherever located are responsible to immediately identify and report any boycott related reference, request, or communication.
It is the policy of Chromalox that no company officer, employee, or agent has authority to engage in any act of bribery or any other improper payment while conducting business activities anywhere in the world. Engaging in such illicit activities may result in possible criminal prosecution and reputational harm.
Chromalox commodities, technology, or software are exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations for ultimate destination. In the event that all or part of this order will be re-exported, the re-export is subject to US export laws. Diversion contrary to US law is prohibited.
For all international shipments, Chromalox hereby assures it shall not engage in or facilitate any transaction or activity: in, to or through Cuba, Iran, Sudan, North Korea or Syria; involving any person on an international restricted parties list; or involving any prohibited uses or activities, related to the design, production, use, or stockpiling of chemical, biological, nuclear weapons, missiles, or any military related application.
