We know that the wellbeing of our communities and economy depends on us to keep our factories and industries moving. We are pleased to communicate that our North America manufacturing facilities (TN, UT, MX) have been deemed essential businesses and that all our plants around the world are still open and operating.
To ensure continuity, we are making sure that all our teams and partners are working in a safe environment. We run an active Business Continuity Plan including daily assessment of challenges, risks and decision on adequate mitigating actions according to our risk and security management policy. We review the whole value chain including teams, customers and suppliers.

- Strengthening our Supply Chain - At present we believe our supply chain is working normally and we are attempting to build further stocks of key products in case of disruption.
- Staff working flexibly - Our teams are still working remotely and are communicating via online methods and travel where essential need and travel restrictions allow.
