ChromaTrace is a Windows based heat tracing system design software. The revised straight forward interface allows the user to generate a bill of material, heat loss calculations and electrical loads quickly and accurately. ChromaTrace performs the calculations and picks the appropriate Chromalox heat trace model, connection kits and temperature controls to satisfy the users' unique applications.

Please note that ChromaTrace 4.0 is not an automatic update from ChromaTrace 3.0. Users will need to download and install ChromaTrace 4.0 as a separate executable program. ChromaTrace for Buildings is a heat tracing system design software for commercial projects. The straightforward interface allows the user to generate a bill of material, heat loss calculations and electrical loads quickly and accurately. ChromaTrace for Buildings performs the calculations and picks the appropriate Chromalox commercial heat trace model, connection kits and temperature controls to satisfy the users' unique applications. Please note: Foreign Language Translations Not Yet Complete. Because of the many changes to the user interface, the translations to additional languages are incomplete. These will be updated in a future ChromaTrace Buildings release.

ISC - IntelliTRACE Supervisory Control Software

The ISC- IntelliTRACE Supervisory Control software is designed to monitor and manage multiple Chromalox IntelliTRACE products. Each “Panel” must be either a Chromalox IntelliTRACE Base Panel or a Base Panel with a single Extension Panel. This includes the ITAS, ITLS, ITASC1D2, ITLSC1D2, ITAS-EXT, ITLS-EXT, ITASC1D2-EXT, ITLSC1D2-EXT. The ITC controller can also use this software but must be one of the following options: ITC1-100 (PCN 316128), ITC1-110 (PCN 316929), ITC2-100 (PCN 316136), ITC2-110 (PCN 316937).

The ISC provides efficient and secure remote monitoring and parameter value management of hundreds to thousands of individual heat trace circuits.

C-PWR Configuration Software

The C-PWR Configuration Software permits efficient programming of the following Chromalox SCR power controllers: CTF, CTF-Xtra, C4, C4-IR, CFW, and CFW-Xtra. It will facilitate the cloning of multiple controllers and fast parameter file uploads and downloads to and from the controller and PC.

Parameter value settings may be entered via the master table or through the Setup Wizard which methodically walks you through the main screens. Use the C-PWR Configuration Software Manual for program installation and connection details. To program your specific SCR controller, use the appropriate controller programming manual.

ChromaTemp Configuration Software

The ChromaTemp Configurator is an extremely intuitive programming tool which facilitates the cloning of multiple controllers and fast parameter file uploads and downloads to and from the controller and PC. Each main menu screen has all applicable parameters logically arranged for efficient setting confirmation or change. This configurator program features a six-step Setup Wizard which covers the most basic wiring, input type and programming requirements to assist the less experienced control users.

Note: New configuration software releases occur without notice. If you need to update your release, you must first Uninstall your current version prior to installing the latest release. This may be done in Programs and Features which is located in the Windows Control Panel.

ChromaWare Configuration Software

The Chromalox ChromaWare Configuration Software for the 40 & 50 Series DIN controllers is an intuitive programming tool which facilitates quick controller setup and fast recipe file uploads and downloads to and from the controller and PC. ChromaWare offers a Configuration Wizard to assist the less experienced users and an Expert View for those who have an elevated level of programming knowledge.

ChromaWare facilitates the configuration of the following Chromalox DIN Controllers:

40 Series Temperature Controllers - 6040, 8040, 4040 (Including Valve Motor Drive & Heater Break Alarm Versions)

50 Series Overtemperature (Limit) Controllers - 6050, 4050

1040 Workshop Configurator Software

The 1040 Workshop Configurator is an extremely intuitive programming tool which facilitates the cloning of multiple controllers and fast parameter file uploads and downloads to and from the controller and PC. From the main menu, communications and loop modules can be assigned in seconds, with parameters logically arranged for efficient setting confirmation or change.
