Hazardous Area Enclosure Heaters - XtremeDuty™

Hazardous Area Enclosure Heaters are available in a variety of styles and sizes. We have heaters rated for T2, T3, and T3C temperature ratings. The XPMC are available in different lengths and configurations.

Drum Heaters - XtremeDuty™

Drum Heaters are available in a variety of sizes to fit 5, 15, 30, and 55 gallon plastic and metal drum heaters. They are chemical and moisture resistant and extremely rugged. Installation onto standard drum heaters is quick and easy. They are available with or without integral temperature control.

MaxiZone Heaters - XtremeDuty™

Maxi-Zone Heaters are our most rugged of our insertion heaters. These heaters can achieve continuous sheath temperatures to 2000°F (1095°C). The Inconel 600 sheath allows efficient operation at extreme temperatures.

Split Sheath Cartridge Heaters - XtremeDuty™

SST and QST Split Sheath Insertion Heaters are specially designed for platen, die or mold heating applications where the holes are poorly drilled or worn through age. Independent expansion of the SST and QST when energized creates intimate contact with the wall of the hole.

Silicone Tank Heater - XtremeDuty™

The Chromalox silicone laminate tank heater is constructed of high temperature resistance wire laminated between two layers of fiberglass reinforced silicone rubber. It is protected by a thin, flexible, water and chemical resistant stainless steel sheath.

Insulating Blankets - XtremeDuty™

IBG Insulating Blankets are energy saving blankets that increase heating efficiency and reduce operating costs. They are constructed with 1” bulk fiberglass between two layers of fiberglass reinforced silicone rubber. Easy installation is provided with hook and loop fasteners.

Hopper Heaters - XtremeDuty™

Hopper Heaters can be made to order to your hopper specifications. Low watt densities ensure long life while providing operating temperatures of 250°F (120°C) to 350°F (175°C) or higher. These are commonly used in hoppers to prevent freezing and to keep material flowing.

Explosion Proof Strip Heaters - XtremeDuty™

Explosion-Proof Strip Heaters UL listed for use in Div I, Class I, Groups B, C, D; Class II, Groups E, F, G hazardous locations. They are available in a large selection of lengths. These elements have temperature ratings of T3 and T3C.
