Max VI Multi-Zone Power Controller [PDS]
PDS for Max VI Multi-Zone Power Controller. The Chromalox Max VI Multi-Zone SCR Power Controller consists of (6) SCR’s mounted on a highly efficient, fan cooled heatsink. The MAX VI heatsink features an all-metal bonded-fin design. Bonded-fin heatsinks have up to three times the cooling area of a conventional aluminum extrusion and therefore can dissipate more heat. Additionally, bonded-fin heatsinks offer a much smaller footprint. The MAX VI offers the flexibilty for (6) Single Phase Zero-Cross or Phase Fired Controllers. Additionally, the Zero-Cross mode can be configured into (3) Three Phase 2-leg controllers, or (2) Three Phase 3-leg controllers. The MAX VI offers current ratings of 25, 50, and 75 amps at 40˚C and Voltage ratings up to 600 VAC.

PDS for CCX XtremeDuty™ High-Pressure Circulation Heater. The unique construction of the Chromalox CCX heater allows for the indirect heating of fluids or gases up to pressures of 3,500 psi (241 bar), with an option for up to 7,500 psi (517 bar), at a process temperature of 392°F (200°C). Indirect heating, with proper control, ensures that maximum film temperature can never be exceeded. This means most any temperature-sensitive liquid can be electrically heated.

XPMC Explosion-Proof Enclosure Heater [PDS]
PDS for XPMC Explosion-Proof Enclosure Heater. The Chromalox XPMC explosion-proof enclosure heater uses an anodized aluminum body to protect a Chromalox cartridge heater. The unit may be ordered with body only, or with body and one or two heat sinks. Each additional heat sink increases the maximum wattage of the unit. Two control thermostats can be used to tailor the XPMC heater to individual needs. Also the number of fins can be adjusted to suit the wattage and temperature rating needed. Units can be ordered in 6-inch/150-millimeter or 12-inch/300-millimeter lengths, 120 or 240 volts.
